As much as I'd like to help, This is merely a recipe website, not a commercial website. Where do you live? They are not difficult to make, but if you would prefer to purchase one, and you live in an area that sells them, I may be able to point you in the proper direction.

I also make a garlic scape pesto which I will probably make soon and post to the blog. I love scapes, but they are usually only available for a few weeks, similar to fiddleheads. So I eat as much of them as I can while they are around. :)

But you can also use them in practically any dish. I toss them in with pasta (not with red sauce, but if I'm making something simple like pasta with olive oil and scapes with a little parmesan cheese) and practically any stir fry. They are very flexible and quite healthful as well.

Wow - this looks fantastic! Do you have any other ideas for garlic scapes? I just got some from the farmer's market and am loving their taste. Will they be available for very long?
Thanks,
Cindy

Wow that looks good. I'm trying to eat more chicken and less red meat, and this looks like something I could do.

In the spring I think I'm going to try this one out using garlic scapes (raw) instead of garlic cloves. They are a little more mild than regular garlic, but would add a really nice touch of green and a bit of crunch, which I think would be a great contrast to the bean. Come back in the spring for a full report :)
