Bacon Rollups

Everyone’s favorite hors d’oeuvre at every party we’ve ever given — they never go out of fashion

16 slices Pepperidge Farm (or otherwise small) white bread, crusts trimmed and rolled flat
1 lb. good bacon, room temp
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 Tbs. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, chives, and Worcestershire sauce together.

2. Spread the mix on bread.

3. Cut bread into three strips.

4. Cut bacon in half.

5. Roll up bread strips and roll bacon on the outside.

6. Secure with a toothpick and bake on a rack at 350°, for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.  You may want to turn halfway through baking.
